Baby Room Leader – Sydenham Hill

As we grow in size we have a need for an inspiring Room Leader in our beautiful Baby room at Sydenham Hill.

Babies; Settling in our littlest, helping with their independence, being a calming and loving influence and building trusting relationships with new parents…

You will be at least L3 in a full and relevant qualification, with some good experience of leading or supervising others. Experience within the relevant age group and great EYFS knowledge is a plus. You are positive, willing to develop with us and want to move UP…!

A Pre-School Room Leader – to inspire our eldest! …at Sydenham Hill

If you are as curious, playful and creative as our 3 and 4 year olds, you’ll probably be just fine…! You must be able to spark learning and fun in our pre-schoolers, building resilience, kindness and independence as they get school-ready.

This role require fab understanding of children and colleagues as individuals. Plus warmth, kindness and a learning-mind as we provide enabling environment for our teams too.

Senior or Early Years Practitioners; full-time  & part-time 

Particularly for Pre-School!

You want to work in a genuinely caring and professional nursery and you probably want to develop and grow in your role and career. You definately want to work with others who feel the same.

For a Senior EY Practitioner L3; you will already have good experience within the EYFS , you are a strong Key Worker and role model to children and colleagues. You want to learn, develop, have more responsibility, be professional…you might be a future leader or a steadfast and brilliant colleague. Contact us to find out more!

For an EY Practitioner L2 role, you probably are learning/new to the role, or maybe you are happy as an experienced child-carer and great team member.

As well as being part of our team in either setting, you will get the support and coaching from one of our experienced Deputy & Nursery Managers, to empower you.
