Our Team

Our early years teams bring their own unique style of teaching to the Cuddly Bear children. We have a mix of qualified and experienced staff alongside our own team of Artists, providing us all with their creative flair and direction. But most importantly, our teams know how to enjoy what they do and how to have fun in their roles – whether this is dressing up for World Book Day, or sharing their curriculum ideas in our group conversations!  

We always invest in our teams by providing them with essential training, informative inset days, staff meetings and qualification support. This allows our staff to realise their potential and progress their careers with us.
