Our Managers

Our Management team at cuddly bear are the engine of the nursery. Our management team have the passion for their role, and they fully appreciate the impact their role has on everyone at Cuddly Bear. Our values and ethos are embedded by them and their practice. Their Positive energy, Caring approach, Creative thinking, and Professionalism gives them the power to keep going and maintain the high standard of service we expect at Cuddly Bear. They are the model for all staff in the nursery and they always take on board the high expectations from them by Cuddly Bear. 

Our managers take new challenges in their stride and welcome all different experiences with confidence. They are fully trained, qualified, and experienced in working with children in a busy environment. Working in partnership with parents, being friendly and approachable, and working closely with the community is one of their tools to succeed in their managerial role.
